Trouble Logging In? If you haven't been approved for access to the site, you may get a message like, "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in." To request approval, please follow these steps:
- Go to https://myapplications.microsoft.com/, and login.
- Click the "Apps" link at the top of the page.
Click the 3 dots icon at the top-right of the page, then "Request new apps":
- Click "Houseloan Marketing", then click "Add"
A site administrator will receive your request and you'll be granted access within 1 business day, upon which you'll receive an email confirming the approval.
